It is our commitment to provide you with 100% customer satisfaction. We value your business and are pleased to offer a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Rimay Blessings purchase we will gladly offer a refund. Simply send back the items unused and in their original condition within one week of receiving them. Please understand return shipping fees must be the responsibility of the customer making the return. Malas and Dzi Stones must be unworn and have the original sales tags still attached.
If you are not 100% happy with one of our products, please let us know immediately. We will do our best to help determine why the product does not work for you. Since many of our items are antique and/or quite old, it is quite likely you may see signs of aging, weathering and other types of wear and tear. This weathering is usually seen by collectors as adding to the charm and authenticity of the item. If after speaking with us you are still unhappy with the product and would like to return it, we will refund your money. However, please note, for international orders, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
If during shipping any item becomes damaged, please contact us immediately. If in any other way you are dissatisfied with the goods, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of you receiving the delivery. We will refund the purchase price but not the original outgoing or return shipping fees. Thank-you for your kind understanding.
